Welcome to sovebeauty.com. This site is operated by Cupkiki LLC ("Sove", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
We do our best to show our products and prices accurately. Colors can look different from screen to screen. We may change prices, change or discontinue a product, and correct errors at any time. If we find a pricing or description error on an order you already placed, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look like resale or fraud, and orders we cannot fulfill. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Our products are cosmetics
Sove toner pads are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the packaging before use, avoid the eye area, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.
Our content
Everything on this site, including the Sove name and logo, product photos, text and design, belongs to Cupkiki LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cupkiki LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page is the one that applies.
