Refund policy

Because our toner pads are a personal care product, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused, with the pouch seal intact.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Email hello@sovebeauty.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Once we receive and check the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, and you do not need to ship anything back.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
