Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders ship from our facility in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Processing time

We pack and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday go out the next business day.

United States

Ground Shipping is $4.99, or free on orders of $35 and up. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after the order ships.

International

International Shipping is $14.99. Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days after the order ships. We currently ship to 27 countries; you will see whether we can reach your address at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers occasionally run late, especially around holidays.

Wrong address

If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will email you and can reship it once you cover the shipping again.
